I am Ian Perry from Canada .I came for my cervical disc replacement surgery in India through indianmedguru. I'm 5 days post-op and can't believe how good I feel. I almost have NO BACK PAIN. I still have some muscle soreness, especially in my upper back as it makes adjustments to my new, proper posture. I've been pretty good about doing the exercises they wanted me to do, and I've been able to get back into the pool. I'm sure that I'll be swimming faster now then I've swam in 5 years. I had no back pain during or after my way to home and I was able to do my work most of it at about whole day. Needless to say, I'm pretty excited about this. I've also been at the range hitting golf balls now for about a week. This too I was not able to do before surgery, and find that each time I go I feel better and better. Right now I mainly use just my irons and try not to overdo it.
