This led the group to take over a sick unit under the name of Neet Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. After the take over, it was renamed as Ravi Nair Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. The entire hospital was renovated and new equipment bought. It was then re-dedicated to patients in the year 1997. Nagpur being famous for its Oranges and also the Orange City, the hospital is named as Orange City Hospital & Research Institute. It had also set up Satellite Hospital and Family clinic in & around the city and are alsoe tied-up with hospital in other cities.
