Dr. Anil K. Sharma is recognized as the senior Interventional Cardiologist who was actively involved in creating and building Cardiology departments in two of the Mumbai's leading hospitals. Infact, he was the Head of the Department of Cardiology in one and a member of the Managing Committee in another hospital.

In the last 15 years of clinical practice, he has treated over 20000 patients. He has participated in various conferences and workshops both in India and abroad. He was invited to conduct a two-day workshop in Cardiology at Katmandu, Nepal and was recently felicitated by the Kenya Medical Association for his contribution to medical care of Kenyan patients.

He is also a Senior Medical Advisor to Hosmac India Ltd, a company that takes up hospital projects from conception to completion.
